Thanksgiving Menu & Prep Guide 2025

Rockin Meals 2025 Thanksgiving Menu + Guide

The big day and my favorite holiday ever is less than 2 weeks away ahhh!! I’m sure it comes as no shock to anyone that Thanksgiving – a holiday around food – is my favorite, but it’s so much more than that. Thanksgiving is less about gifts under a tree, and more about who you choose to share a meal with, whether it be family or chosen family. While the holidays and planning can get stressful, I always remind myself of how lucky I am to have food on the table, people I love to share it with, and time to slow down and pause for gratitude.

Now, there is a lot that goes into Thanksgiving – whether you are hosting or not, so I wanted to create a guide that makes things as stress-free as possible, so you can focus on the things (or people) that truly matter. Below you’ll find my 2025 Thanksgiving menu and guide with some old tried and true recipes and some fun new ones too! We’ve got everything from easy appetizers, epic sides, festive cocktails, and my incredibly delicious, foolproof Turkey recipe with all the tips & tricks to make one too. I have also included a prep schedule you can use as a checklist to stay organized, prepping things in advance to take stress off of the big day. I hope you find this useful, and more importantly, enjoy the fruits of your labor with some incredibly delicious food!!

Thanksgiving Prep Guide:

Often the biggest challenge to Thanksgiving isn’t the cooking itself, but properly planning everything out so everything is ready and warm at the same time. In my family, we really try and focus on prepping as much as we can in advance. Thanksgiving should be about enjoying time with family, not stressing over making 10 dishes in 5 hours. You don’t have to follow this order exactly, as storage, oven space, and time constraints will vary, but this will show you what you can do in advance. I hope this will give you a guide on how to prep your week leading up to the big day, causing less stress and resulting in more time to enjoy! Download the full prep guide here.
