A creamy, high-protein strawberry yogurt drink made with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, perfect for an easy grab-and-go breakfast or pre-workout boost.
Ingredients
For the Strawberry Yogurt Drink:
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 lb strawberries, washed and quartered
- ⅓ – ½ cup coconut water or milk*
- 2-3 tbsps maple syrup or honey
Instructions
For the Strawberry Yogurt Drink:
- Add strawberries, coconut water, and sweetener of choice to a blender. Blend until smooth, then add the Greek yogurt and blend again until smooth and there are no more chunks.
- Store in airtight jars or containers in the fridge for up to a week!

*the amount will depend on how thick you want your drink to be. Start with 1/3 cup and increase from there
