January Bucket List Challenge

January is the month I often crave a reset — not in a restrictive way, but in a ~I just ate a crazy amount of cookies and cheese and need a vegetable~ way. That’s exactly why I created this January Bucket List Challenge, featuring 8 recipes from my ebook that are designed to help you cook healthy meals that make you feel good. These recipes are some of my (and your!) favorites from the ebook, and I know you will love them too.

This challenge is about:

  • Cooking food at home that fuel your body – high protein, high fiber, vegetable variety
  • Feeling inspired instead of overwhelmed, and having fun in the kitchen — and winning prizes along the way

How the Challenge Works

I’ve selected 8 recipes from my ebook that feel perfect for January — healthy, high protein, balanced.

Your goal:
Make as many of the recipes as you’d like throughout January. There will be an extra bonus for those who complete all recipes! Each recipe you make gives you a chance to earn entries into the giveaway.

How to Enter the Giveaway

You can earn entries in three different ways:

Option 1: Instagram Entry (2 points per recipe)

  • Make a recipe from the challenge
  • Post it on Instagram (feed or stories)
  • Tag me so I can see it
  • If your account is private, send me a screenshot

Each Instagram post = 2 entry points

Option 2: Email Entry (1 point per recipe)

  • Make a recipe from the challenge
  • Email a photo or screenshot of the finished recipe to rockinmealss@gmail.com

Each emailed recipe = 1 entry point

Completion Bonus

If you complete all 8 recipes, you’ll receive a 10x entry bonus!

To claim the bonus:

  • Email rockinmealss@gmail.com with the subject line: “Challenge Complete”
  • Include a photo of each recipe (all 8) you made

Prizes

At the end of the month, all challenge participants will be placed into a draw and winners will be chosen at random. One Grand Prize winner, one Runner-Up winner, and one Bonus winner will be chosen from participants who completed all 8 recipes. More entries increase your chances of winning the grand prize!

Grand Prize Winner

1 randomly selected winner from all entries receives:

Runner-Up Winner

1 randomly selected winner will receive:

Bonus Winner:

1 randomly selected winner will receive:

  • A physical copy of the ebook (if you already have one, you can choose who you would like to gift it to).

  • You do not need to complete all recipes to enter
  • You can enter as many times as you want
  • The challenge runs throughout January
  • Winners will be announced after the challenge ends

  1. Do I need the ebook to participate?
    • Yes, all recipes are from the ebook, so you will need to have it to participate. You can buy your copy here.
  2. Can I win more than one prize?
    • No. Once a winner is selected for the Grand Prize, they will be removed from the raffle so prizes can be shared among multiple participants.
  3. How long does the challenge run?
    • The challenge runs throughout the month of January. All entries must be submitted by January 31st by midnight EST.
  4. What if I have a dietary restriction?
    • No problem at all! Adjust the recipe as needed to fit your dietary needs.
  5. Do I have to make all 8 recipes to enter?
    • Nope! You can enter by making just one recipe — every recipe counts. Completing all 8 earns a 10-entry bonus, but it’s not required.
  6. Can I post more than one recipe at a time?
    • Yes. You’re welcome to post multiple recipes at once or spread them out — just make sure each recipe is clearly shown
  7. How will I know you’ve counted my entry?
    • If you tag me on Instagram or email your photo, your entry will be recorded. I will respond once your entry has been logged. If you don’t receive a response from me in 48 hours, your Instagram may be private, so send me a screenshot. Please allow a little time for entries to be logged.
