  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ½ cup whipped cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsps ketchup
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsps chopped pickles
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • Salt to taste

For the Sweet Potatoes:

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
