  • 2 people → Just a little extra for a week of meals and snacks
  • 4 people → Covers about 75-80% of the week… but many of the single-serving recipes (like smoothies) can be easily scaled up, and with the built-in repurposed leftovers section, you can stretch the plan into a full week of meals.
