
BRÛLÉED BRIE
You only need two ingredients for the most decadent holiday appetizer – brûléed brie Crunchy exterior, super creamy warm brie interior, it’s truly the perfect addition to your charcuterie boards and holiday appetizers. You will love this!
Serves 5-6.
Ingredients:
For the Brûléed Brie:

8oz brie cheese wheel

2 tbsps white sugar

Crackers or baguette slices for serving
Directions:
Brûléed Brie:

Slice the rind off the top of the brie.

Sprinkle with sugar and torch with a blow torch until golden brown and crunchy. You can also broil the brie in the oven for 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to ensure not to burn the sugar.

Serve immediately with crackers, bread, or on a regular cheese board. Enjoy!
Optional:
Feel free to switch up the flavoring on this, adding rosemary, honey, candied nuts, jam, etc. for different flavor combinations.
